REGISTRATION &
COMPETITION INFORMATION
In order to accommodate
our competitors, divisions may have been added. Please check the web
for any changes in divisions and scheduling! Please pre-register
whenever possible by filling in the HTML Registration Form online
and submitting it, then printing, signing and mailing it with your
fees to the address on the form, or by downloading the Registration
Form PDF file, filling it in by hand and signing it. You will need
Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print the PDF files. If you are on
a dialup connection it will take a few minutes for the PDF files to
open! Please be patient.
Registration Info:
Pre-registration forms with personal checks must be postmarked no later
than April 24th, 2006.
Mail to Cashiers Checks made out to Ross Briggs to "SILVER
STATE OPEN, 15 Alexis Court, Sparks, NV 89436". For you to be
Pre-registered your form and fees must be postmarked no later than
Monday, April 24, 2006.
Pre-Registration Fees: 1st Event $30.00, all other events
$10.00.
At the Door Fees: 1st event $40.00 all other events $15.00.
Contestants who are unable to pre-register may register the morning of the tournament, 7:00am - 11:00am, Saturday May
6, 2006.
Spectator Fees: Adult & Children $5.00, Children under 5 Free.
